Condolence From: Brian Robinson
Condolence: Jimmy will be missed around town. I was only a customer the past few years, but enjoyed the banter and kidding and friendship I saw displayed most every visit. I was sad to see the CLOSED sign on the shop earlier this year and sadder to hear of his passing just yesterday from my new barber. May God's peace be felt by each family member and friend in coming days.

Condolence: New Holland lost a great fellow. When first moving to NH I was looking for an old fashioned barber shop. I went to Jimmy's and knew I had found it. I would go in to just sit and talk as there was always something happening in there. May God Bless and comfort Jimmys family in this time of grief.

Condolence: I am very sad to hear Jimmy has left us. Jimmy was not only my barber for 5 plus decades, Jimmy was a great friend as well. A hair cut meant many laughter and fun times. You could not pay for entertainement like that.

We also spent many hours riding and talking about motorcycles over the years. Riding with the group on Sunday's from Sheetz was awesome and the memories will last forever.

Jimmy you will be missed so very much. Ride on my friend until we meet again.

Condolence: Dear Joyce and Family,
I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. Anyone who grew up in New Holland knew and loved Jimmy. My Dad loved to hear his stories when he went for his weekly haircut. I know they are sharing stories in heaven. May God comfort you and keep you uplifted as you mourn the loss of a wonderful man.
Love,
Brenda Andes

Condolence: Dear Joyce & family,
Please accept our condolences, thoughts, and prayers for your health and strength during this difficult time of loss.
Jimmy was a great friend, Daytona room-mate, barber, and fellow motorcycle enthusiast.
Feenie & I are currently riding motorcycle in Tenn and North Carolina til the end of July and won't be home for his services. As I ride, I've been feeling like he's again riding with us,,,who knows, maybe he is,,and keeping us safe.
God bless

Condolence: The community will truly miss Jimmy aka The Clipper. When you visited his shop you never knew how many were in front of you because for this was the local gathering place. If you wanted to know anything relating to New Holland ask Jimmy. Once he and the one other customer in the shop found out I was collecting state quarters as a gift to my grandson. I was only missing two states. The next trip in a month later I entered and sat down. Jimmy stopped clipping and walked over to me and handed me the two missing state quarters. He found one and the other customer found the other. That was Jimmy, a local institution. Deepest sympathies.

Condolence: My sincere sympathy to Jimmy's family. He was truly one of a kind. From motorcycle hill climbs and drags to cutting hair he was just the best. My three sons loved to go to "Mr Houcks" for haircuts and jokes. One time one of them came home with Playboy bunny ears shaved on the side of their head. That was Jimmy.

Condolence: My Heart Breaks To Hear This... Jimmy "Hisser" As Some Of Us Called Him From Years Back... Was An Amazing Man.. The Amount Of Friends That He Made Over The Years Are Endless...Couldn't Even Count.. I Will Always Cherish The Memories, Cutting My Boys Hair For Their "First Time" & Me Being There Sad, Because He Was Gonna Cut The "Curls" Off Shayne,( My First ) And He Looked At Me And Said " Don't Be Sad, Boys Don't Want Curls, I'm Gonna Make Him Be A Little Man" & The Story Of Babysitting The Grand-Babies & The Saran Wrap Over The Toilet!!! That Story Was.. PRICELESS... May His Family All Know, That He Was A Very Special Man, And His Memory Will Be In Each & Everyone Of Us That Had The Pleasure Of Knowing Him...
