Susan A.  Kunkle (Summers)
Susan A. Kunkle, 62, of East Earl, died Sunday, March 25, 2018 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Earl Twp., she was the daughter of the late Lloyd G. and Joan R. (Martin) Summers. She was married 28 years on Feb. 16 to Ray M. Kunkle.
Susan was a homemaker most of her life but worked from 1970-1985 at New Holland North America and then from 1985-1995 she owned and operated a lawn mowing business.
She also enjoyed gardening and researching genealogy.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Tanya Horner of Mohnton, and Tabitha Gardner of Denver; two step-daughters, Kimberly Saylor of Paradise, and Kelly Hernandez of Kissimmee, FL; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and a brother, Troy Summers of Akron.
Preceding her in death is a brother, Kimball Summers.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 30 at 2:30 pm at Voganville Union Cemetery, 335 Wissler Road, New Holland.
