Edna M. Sensenig, 84, formerly of East Earl, died Monday, September 4, 2017 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center where she resided for the last 2 years. Her husband, Albert G. Sensenig, preceded her in death in 2013.
Born in East Earl, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elmeda (Messner) Good.
Edna was a homemaker and a member of St. John Center Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and being with her family.
Surviving are five children: Carl married to Debra (Bollinger) Sensenig, Denver; Doris married to Dennis Bewley, Denver; Darlene Sensenig, companion of Jeff Copeland, Mohnton; Mary married to Darryl Steffey, Sinking Spring; Shirley married to Doug Dosch, Blue Ball; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a great-great grandson; and a brother Raymond Good, East Earl.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Sensenig and three siblings: Ruth Forry, Irene Zimmerman, and John Elmer Good.
Her memorial service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. John Center Lutheran Church, 599 Reading Rd. East Earl with Vicar Mark Fischer officiating. Private interment will be in Center Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 10 – 11 a.m. The Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill, is in charge of arrangements.
