Janet Lou  Wise
Janet Lou Wise, 80, of East Earl, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at her home. She was the loving wife of Arthur B. Wise, with whom she shared over 62 years of marriage.

Born in Mohnton, PA, Janet was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Grace Hornberger Fisher.

Janet was a member of Mohler Church of the Brethren and a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, watching birds, visiting the mountains, and spending time with her family (especially the grandchildren).

In addition to her husband, Janet is survived by her two sons: Clair A. Wise, husband of Rosanne/Anne, of Stevens, PA, and Terry L. Wise, husband of Sharon K., of Bowmansville; 4 grandchildren: Chris A. Wise, husband of Staci, Bryan P. Wise, husband of Amber, Amanda K. Wise, and Brandon M. Wise; six great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Janice Fisher.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Fisher.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 10:30 AM at the Mohler Church of the Brethren, 21 E. Mohler Church Rd., Ephrata PA 17522 with Pastor Carl L. Brubaker officiating. Interment will be in the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 351 W Middle Creek Rd, Lititz, PA 17543. Viewing will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill PA 17581 and on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the church.
