Elaine M. (Horton) Law, 87, of Lititz, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Luther Acres. She was the loving wife of Donald R. Law, whom preceded her in death in 2009.

Born in Nanty Glo, PA, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Elizabeth (Calhoun) Horton.

Elaine worked as a beautician and was a member of Pequea Baptist Church. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

Surviving are 3 children: Terry A. Law, husband of Jo-Ann (Ward), of Lancaster, Carol L. Gehman, wife of Eugene, of Lancaster, and Andrea D. DeChristopher, wife of Tod, of Castle Rock, CO; 2 siblings: Ruth Hawley of Pittsburgh and Ron Horton of Ephrata; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Elaine was preceded in death by 11 siblings; 6 brothers: James, Thomas, Vernon, Chester, Harold, and Richard Horton; and 5 sisters: Josephine Imler, Rita Grubb, Marie Detweiler, Florence Davis, and Faye Horton.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, at 11 AM at the Chapel at Luther Acres, 600 E. Main St. Lititz, PA 17543 with Steve Detweiler officiating. Interment will be held privately by the family. A visitation will be held at the chapel on Tuesday from 10 – 11 AM.
