LaVerne  Yeager (Schulze)
LaVerne Yeager, 87, of Narvon PA., passed away Dec. 1, 2014 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center.

Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Lydia (Bastyr) Schulze.

She grew up in Seattle, WA then resided in Feasterville with her husband for most of her life, moving to Narvon in 2002. She was married in 1946 for 65 years to Emil J. Yeager, who passed away in December, 2011.

She worked as a crossing guard and at several clerical positions, retiring from K-Mart in 1986. Along with her husband, she was an avid bowler and card player. Early on, she was a Girl Scout leader and later she and her husband joined a square dance club. She was also active in the Trevose Heights Rescue Squad.

Surviving LaVerne are daughter, Sharon and her companion Andrew; son, Raymond and his wife Jennifer; granddaughter, Stephanie; grandson, Raymond; her brother Raymond; and her sister Carol (Robert).

LaVerne was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene, Edward and Robert.
