Holly Krantz Hendricks, 58, of Lititz, PA passed away unexpectedly September 26, 2018.
Born in Fort Brooke, Army Hospital, Old San Juan Puerto Rico while her father served in the US Army. She was the daughter of Helen M. Krantz and the late Clarence R. Krantz of Gordonville, PA.
She is survived by her loving husband John R Hendricks Jr. of Lititz, with whom she celebrated their 24th anniversary on September 24th, mother, brother Gary L. Krantz and his wife Jean Krantz of Gordonville, and two nieces Allison and Katelyn Krantz, In-laws Bernie and Robert Hendricks Sr, sister in-law Sue Ellen Hendricks and nephew Alden all of Lititz, Aunts, Uncles, and special cousins. She will be greatly missed by her well loved Dachshund companion Prancer.
She was preceded in death by her dear father and Dachshunds Blitzen and Donner.
She graduated 1978 from Pequea Valley High School where she had been a cheerleader, chamber singer, play crew member and involved in numerous clubs including a class trip to Germany. She also participated in Junior Achievement and Lancaster Jaycees for many years and graduated from Millersville State College 1982, where she participated with the Hosanna Christian Singers.
She was employed by Amish Barn restaurant, Dauphin Deposit Bank, US Postal Service with 30 years of serving many positions and retiring from the bulk mail clerk department at the Harrisburg Pike facility.
A former member of the Zeltenreich UCC, she participated in many church functions, missions, and also served as youth leader, deacon and Christian fellowship leader.
She enjoyed attending the monthly Woman's Stonecroft Ministry and Luncheon at Bent Creek. She also participated in Thursday morning Bible studies.
She maintained a close friendship with her former schoolmates, college friends and co-workers.
Holly enjoyed traveling with family especially to Ocean City Maryland, Puerto Rico, Caribbean cruises, and attending family reunions where she served as treasurer at the Krantz reunion for many years.
Holly’s favorite color was purple, she absolutely loved it and everyone knew it! She was always a kind hearted and loving person to all and will be greatly missed by those who loved her!

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Zeltenreich Reformed Church, 752 Hollander Rd, New Holland at 11 a.m. Interment in Zeltenreich Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 6 – 8 p. m. and Saturday from 10- 11 a.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be sent to Stonecroft Ministries.
