Benjamin S. Weaver, 71, of East Earl, died on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Reading Hospital.
He was married 50 years to Ruth Ann Hoover Weaver. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Reuben B. and Annie Shirk Weaver.
Benjamin was the retired owner of the Maple Grove Garage. He was a member of the Bowmansville Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference.
Surviving besides his wife are 6 sons, Edwin H. husband of Carolyn Sensenig Weaver of Loyal, WI, Ezra H. husband of Linda Martin Weaver of Romulus, NY, Eli H. husband of Naomi Martin Weaver of Loyal, WI, Eugene H. husband of Dorene Garman Weaver of Thorpe, WI, Elvin H. Weaver of Hanover, and Earl H. Weaver of East Earl; 3 daughters, Erma H. wife of Verlin Z. Shirk of Manheim, Eunice H. wife of Kevin Burkholder of Neillsville, WI, and Elaine H. wife of Nathan Weaver of Carlisle; 30 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Esther wife of Ervin Martin of East Earl; and a brother, Enos husband of Dorothy Fetters of Lewistown. He was preceded in death by a sister Mary Brubaker.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Bowmansville Mennonite Church, on Tuesday, January 30, at 9:30 A.M with Bishop Leon Zimmerman, Ivan Hurst, Leon Zimmerman and Marlin Lauver officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held at the Martindale Mennonite Fellowship Center, 352 Martindale Road, Ephrata, PA on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
