Obituary for Tyler Carl Wright

Tyler Carl Wright, 26, of East Earl, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Lancaster General Hospital.
He was born in Lancaster on October 23, 1991 and was the son of Douglas Paul Wright and Becky (Deese) Wright.
Tyler grew up in East Earl PA and was a member of St. John’s Center United Church of Christ. He was a player for the Challenger League Baseball program for 19 years, and spent his days at Excentia Adult Day Program with friends. He enjoyed going to the family cabin, where he loved to fish, swim, and watch the wildlife from the deck. He loved traveling, spending time with family and friends, and most of all, gave great hugs and kisses to everyone he met.
Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Samantha Wright and her fiancé Zachary Metzler of Fernandina Beach, FL, and Shelby Wright of East Earl; and his paternal grandfather, J. Carl Wright of Blue Ball.
Preceding him in death are his fraternal grandparents, Norman and Mary Jo Deese; and his paternal grandmother, Shirley Wright.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 25 at 11:30 am at St. John’s Center U.C.C., 432 Reading Road, East Earl, with the Reverend R. Kenneth Evitts and the Reverend Bradley Haws officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10-11:30.
