Edith E. Mignard, 91, of Mt. Joy, died of natural causes on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Hamilton Arms in Lancaster.
Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late George and Emma (Schneider) Lendrat. Her husband, Rev. Robert B. Mignard, died April 4, 2007.
Edith was a homemaker most of her life and a member of Calvary Bible Church.
She enjoyed painting, bicycling, and reading.
Surviving are two sons, James E. Mignard of Georgetown, FL, and Michael R., married to Janet (Bubel) Mignard of Andover, MN; two daughters, Linda C., married to Rik Hall of Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Janet R., married to Bruce A. Buffington of New Holland; seven grandchildren, Wendy, married to Chris Peel, Ian, married to Natasha (Jones) Hall, Jenny Mignard, Jessica Mignard, Ethan Mignard, Lyndsey, married to Shawn Filson, and Matthew, married to Gwen Buffington; nine great grandchildren, Joshua, Ethan, Benjamin, Michael, and Christopher Hall, Peyson Rolf, Pike Pankratz, Kira and Casey Peel; and a brother, Edward, married to Mary Lendrat of West Chester.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 23 at 11 am at Calvary Bible Church, 629 Union School Road, Mt. Joy, PA with the Pastor Richard Hurlbert officiating. Interment will be in the Kraybill Mennonite Cemetery. Viewing will be held at Calvary Bible Church on Monday from 10-11 am. To send the family online condolences visit us at www.groffeckenroth.com.
