Obituary for Keith A. Horst
Keith A. Horst, 44, of Lancaster, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Merle and Lynette (Burkholder) Horst of New Holland. He was married for 21 years on March 9 to Erica S. (Coldwell) Horst.
Keith graduated from Garden Spot High School and Letourneau University. He was employed by The Hershey Corporation as a pilot.
He attended Westminster Presbyterian Church and was a loving father and husband. Keith enjoyed hunting, fishing, bicycling, and motorcycling.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are two children, Stephanie and Timothy Horst, both at home; a brother, Ryan, married to Jessica (Gale) Horst of East Earl; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 1 at 3 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, with the Reverend Christopher A. Walker and the Reverend David Coldwell officiating. Interment will be in the New Holland Mennonite Cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Church on Sunday from 1:30 – 3 pm.
