Lillian M. Frankhouser, 88, of East Earl, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. She was the loving wife of Lloyd D. Frankhouser, whom preceded her in death in 2003.

Born in Reamstown, she the daughter of the late Howard and Florence (Keith) Steffy.

She was a member of St. John Center Lutheran Church, a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church, and a homemaker who in her spare time enjoyed cooking, spending time with family, and entertaining in her home.

Lillian is survived by two children: Cheryl Emrey Doman, wife of James, of East Earl, and Jesse Frankhouser, husband of Valerie, of New Holland; 8 grandchildren: Eric Emrey, Daniel Emrey, Matthew Emrey, David Emrey, Jessica Frankhouser, Rebecca Schlegel, Benjamin Witmyer, and Michael Krick; 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother Carl Steffy, and her grandson Ethan Emrey.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 11 AM at St. John Center Lutheran Church, 599 Reading Rd., East Earl PA 17519 with Vicar Mark Fischer officiating. Interment will follow in Center Union Cemetery. Viewings will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 6-8 PM at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill PA 17581 and on Wednesday from 10-11 AM at the church.
