Obituary for Anna Mae Sensenig

Anna Mae  Sensenig
Anna Mae Sensenig, 88, of East Earl, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Landis Homes. She and her husband, Roy M. Sensenig, would have observed their 68th wedding anniversary on July 23.

She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Rebecca (Weaver) Frederick.

Anna Mae was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. A member of Goodville Mennonite Church, she enjoyed serving others while being involved with the Sewing Circle, the JGA Girl’s Club, and the kitchen committee.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children: Janice married to Wilmer Stoner, Jonestown; Daryl G. married to Dianne (Sauder) Sensenig, East Earl; Dale L. married to Sharon (Nolt) Sensenig, Lititz; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Jay Roy Sensenig, a grandson Adrian Lee Sensenig, and a brother Marvin Frederick.

The family would like to thank the staff of Landis Homes for their compassionate care of Anna Mae.

Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Goodville Mennonite Church. Interment will be held privately by the family. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. There will be no viewing on Saturday; however the family will receive friends from 10:30 until the time of service. If desired, memorials may be sent to Landis Homes Caring Fund, 1001 E. Oregon Rd., Lititz, PA 17543. The Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland is in charge of arrangements.
