Obituary for William M. Kurtz

William M.  Kurtz
William M. Kurtz, 89, of Lititz, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the United Zion Retirement Community. He was the loving husband of Dolores M. (Filbert) Kurtz, whom preceded him in death in 2013.

Born in Honeybrook, he was a son of the late Charles and Ethel (McKillips) Kurtz.

William proudly served in the US Marines Corp during the Korean Conflict. He later worked for Case New Holland for over 44 years as a manager of the service and parts department. He was a member of the American Legion, the V.F.W., the New Holland Rifle and Pistol Club, and the Jordan Run Hunting Club.

In addition to his parents and his wife, William was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main ST., New Holland PA 17557 with Pastor Ethan Levengood officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Stephen Reformed Church Cemetery, New Holland. Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM at the funeral home prior to services.
