Obituary for Clifford August McFarland Fisher
Clifford August McFarland Fisher, 68, of Mohnton, died Thursday, May 4, 2017.
He was born in Reading on May 1, 1949 the son of Grace and Clifford Fisher. He graduated from Governor Mifflin High School. He served in the Army Reserves for six years and retired from Penn DOT after working there for 25 years as a big equipment operator.
He was a member of the Mohnton Fish and Game Association. He liked hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley.
He will be missed by his sister, Kathy, wife of Dale Ashcroft, and his nephew and niece, Mindy and Jesse Ashcroft. We love you Cliff.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 11 at 10 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 E. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557, with the Rev. Dr. Charles H. Oberkehr officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Church on Thursday from 9:30 – 10 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, address above. To send the family online condolences visit us at www.groffeckenroth.com.
