Doris M. Fryberger, 82, of Narvon, entered into rest on Monday, February 13, 2017 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. She was the loving wife of John Fryberger, who preceded her in death in 1983.

Born in Narvon, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Grace (Weller) Wertz.

Doris attended Wyebrook Baptist Church, Elverson. She worked as a home maker.

Surviving is her daughter, Brenda L. Fellenbaum, wife of John, of Narvon; two granddaughters: Lindsey M. Fellenbaum of Narvon and Kimberly C. Stonebraker of Ephrata; three great-grandsons: Dante Fellenbaum-Bhalala, Zachary Stonebraker, and Dominic Fellenbaum; three siblings: Raymond Wertz, husband of Cindy, of Narvon, Earl Wertz, husband of Barbara, of Morgantown, and Patsy Hooper, wife of the late Earnest Hooper, Sr., of Narvon; and her companion, Richard Kohl of Narvon.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents and by five of her siblings: Marion Sheaffer, Clarence Wertz, Paul Wertz, Sr., James Wertz, and Charles Wertz.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2 PM at Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557 with Pastor Perry Stewart officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Narvon. Viewing will be held on Friday from 1-2 PM at the funeral home.
