Obituary for Frank A. Valentin
Frank A. Valentin, 60, of Ephrata, died Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Reading Hospital.
Born in Lancaster he was the son of Carmen A. (Arocho) Valentin of New Holland and the late Cruz R. Valentin.
Frank had been working for the past 20+ years as a truck driver for Zook Molasses. He was a member of the New Holland American Legion, the Ephrata AM Vets, and the Reamstown A.A. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling, going to the cabin in Show Shoe, PA, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his fiancée, Lori Bair of Ephrata; four brothers and sisters, Cruzito, married to Jane Valentin of Zebulon, NC, Damary Valentin, married to Mike Santiago of New Holland, Tony, married to Paula Valentin of Reno, NV, and Carmen Valentin of Lancaster; and a nephew, Hunter Valentin of Reno, NV.
Preceding him in death in addition to his father is a step sister, Cruzita Valentin; and a nephew, Cory Santiago.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 8 pm, with viewing from 6-8 pm, at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, with the Reverend Jose Lopez officiating. To send the family online condolences visit us at www.groffeckenroth.com.
