Kenneth D. "Kenny"  Patterson Jr.
Kenneth D. “Kenny” Patterson, Jr., died Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Hospice & Community Care in Mt. Joy after a lengthy illness.
Kenny was born and raised in Lancaster County. He would have been married two years on September 14 to Meghan (Yatron) Patterson.
Kenny was a nationally registered critical care paramedic (NREMT-P). Most recently he had been working for Crozer-Keystone Health Systems for Delaware County Memorial Hospital EMS.
He was a member of Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church and enjoyed many sports including playing Deck Hockey, Baseball, and football. He was also a Philadelphia Flyers, Eagles, and Phillies fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife is his two year old son, Brayden Kenneth Patterson at home; his father, Kenneth D., Sr., married to Nadine Patterson of Morgantown; his mother, Cheri Patterson of East Earl; a sister, Rachel Donnell of Morgantown; his maternal grandparents, Glenn and Barbara Zook of Gap; his step grandmother, Karen Kohl of Morgantown; and his step grandfather, Melvin and Ellie Eberly of New Holland.
Preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents, Robert L. and Shirley Patterson.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 9 at 1 pm at Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church, 4833 Division Hwy., East Earl with the Rev. Dr. Krisana Poontajak officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Church on Tuesday from 11 am – 1 pm.
