Obituary for Esther Mae Oberholtzer (Weaver)

Esther Mae Oberholtzer, 79, of Narvon, went home to be with her Savior, on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at her home.
Born in Goodville, she was the daughter of the late Harry H. and Mary M. (Martin) Weaver. She was married 59 years on Nov. 22 to Paul K. Oberholtzer.
Esther Mae was a seamstress most of her life and a member of the Muddy Creek Mennonite Church, Hope Mennonite Fellowship.
Surviving in addition to her husband are 7 children, Clinton, married to Cindy (Sweigart) Oberholtzer of Bethel, Mary, married to Cliff Stauffer of Denver, Steve, married to Eva (Dieffenbach) Oberholtzer of Narvon, Wilma, married to Mel Sweigart of Springfield, SC, Paul, married to Marlene (Miller) Oberholtzer of Stevens, Rhoda Oberholtzer, with whom she resided, and Phil, married to Michelle (Weaver) Oberholtzer of Fredericksburg; 42 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Edward Martin; and 8 brothers and sisters, Raymond and Mabel Weaver, Louella Horst, Leroy and Wilma Weaver, Mary Jane Lehman, Kathryn and Roman Musser, Beulah and Wilmer Musser, Mildred and Lester Musser, and Harry, Jr. and Linda Weaver.
Preceding her in death are twin sons, Chester and Lester Oberholtzer; a daughter Julia Ann Martin; 2 grandsons, Jay Paul and Timothy Oberholtzer; and a brother, Richard M. Weaver.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18 at 10 am at the Muddy Creek Mennonite Church, 988 Beam Road, Denver, with the Bishop Elvin Horst, Richard Hoover, Jolan Martin, and Wilmer Burkholder officiating. Interment will be in the Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Church on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Monday 9-9:45 am. Kindly omit flowers.
