Shaunda M.  Yarnell
Shaunda M. Yarnell, 29, of Lancaster, formerly of Bowmansville, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 2, 2014 at Lancaster Regional Hospital.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of William and Julie (Burkholder) Bennett of Bowmansville.
She attended Garden Spot High School and graduated from the U.S. Career Institute with a certificate in Criminal Justice. She also attended HACC and graduated from the Barbizon Modeling and Acting Center in Lemoyne.
She has been working in the Cosmetics Department at Giant Foods in Lancaster and also at the Barbizon Modeling and Acting Agency in Lemoyne as a Model and a Coordinator.
She was a twice published poet, earned her Scuba Diving certificate, and enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas and South Beach Florida where she loved the fun and sun at the beach. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her maternal grandmother, Joyce Burkholder of New Holland; her paternal grandmother, Pat Bennett of Grand Island, NY; two step sisters, Natalie St. Pierre of Belfast, ME, and Brandy Bennett of Mohrsville; a step brother, Will Bennett of Mohrsville; an aunt, Sherry, married to Ken Weaver of New Holland; an uncle, Craig, married to Barb Burkholder of Lititz; and cousins, Alissa, Christy, Dylan, and Brian.
